OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE PROMOTION. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT'S CHANCES OF WINNING OR OTHERWISE PROVIDE AN ADVANTAGE IN THE AWARD OF A PROMOTIONAL PRIZE.

These Official Promotion Rules ("Official Rules") govern promotional contests, giveaways, prize competitions, and other prize promotions (each, a "Promotion") sponsored by Hold My Bag Club LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Sponsor"), and offered in connection with Hold My Bag, Event Pass, Caddie Pass, or other Sponsor-designated products, services, communities, events, or experiences. Each Promotion may also be subject to event-specific terms, prize descriptions, entry periods, scoring procedures, tie-breaking procedures, and other details identified on the applicable Promotion page or promotion-specific addendum (collectively, the "Promotion Details"). The Promotion Details are incorporated into these Official Rules by reference. In the event of a direct conflict between these Official Rules and applicable Promotion Details, the Promotion Details shall control solely with respect to that Promotion.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Promotion Details, Promotions are open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and any entity directly involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, or judging of the applicable Promotion, together with members of their immediate families and persons residing in their households, are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, residency, account ownership, or other eligibility criteria at any time. Promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

Each Promotion begins and ends on the dates and at the times identified in the applicable Promotion Details (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer systems shall be the official timekeeping devices for all Promotions. Entries or submissions received before or after the applicable Promotion Period, or after any applicable pick, prediction, roster, or submission deadline, are void.

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY; METHODS OF PARTICIPATION

No purchase or payment is necessary to participate in a Promotion or become eligible to receive a promotional prize. A purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning, improve an entrant's score, provide preferential treatment, alter the applicable scoring methodology, or otherwise provide an advantage in the award of a promotional prize.

A. Pass-Associated Participation

Eligible users who purchase or otherwise receive an applicable Event Pass, Caddie Pass, or other qualifying Sponsor product may receive access to product features and services described at the time of acquisition, which may include private communities, chats, private leaderboards, digital content, statistics, updates, badges, event-specific features, or other access benefits. Where identified in the applicable Promotion Details, eligible users may also submit picks, predictions, selections, or other Promotion submissions through the Hold My Bag platform.

The purchase of a Pass is consideration for the access, features, content, community, and other benefits associated with the applicable product and is not required to participate in or win a Promotion. Promotional prize eligibility is separately available without purchase as described below.

B. Alternate Method of Entry — No Purchase Necessary

To participate in an eligible Promotion without purchasing an Event Pass, Caddie Pass, or other product, an eligible entrant may participate through the alternate method of entry described below. A valid alternate method of entry will be scored, ranked, evaluated, and considered for applicable promotional prizes using the same scoring methodology, prize criteria, tie-breaking procedures, and winner-determination process applicable to Promotion participants using the Pass-associated participation method.

Free entrants are not required to receive access to paid product features, including private chats, communities, private leaderboard displays, premium content, badges, updates, or other Pass benefits, in order to participate in the Promotion or be eligible to win a promotional prize.

Alternate Method of Entry by Mail. To enter without purchase, an eligible entrant must hand print the entrant's full name, mailing address, email address associated with the entrant's Hold My Bag account, Hold My Bag username, the full name of the applicable Promotion, and all required picks, predictions, or player selections for the applicable Promotion on a plain piece of paper and mail the completed entry in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately, postmarked on or before the applicable Promotion submission deadline, and received by Sponsor no later than seven (7) calendar days after the applicable Promotion submission deadline. Sponsor will not finalize or award promotional prizes until the applicable mail-in entry receipt period has expired and all timely received eligible entries have been scored and evaluated. The entrant is solely responsible for obtaining the information necessary to complete the applicable Promotion submission, including required player selections, tiers, and tie-breaker questions, from publicly available Promotion information provided by Sponsor.

Alternate method entrants will not receive access to private leaderboard displays or other paid Pass features. Promotion results for alternate method entrants will be calculated by Sponsor following the close of the applicable Promotion and expiration of the mail-in entry receipt period. Potential prize winners will be notified using the email address provided with their mail-in entry.

Incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, mechanically reproduced, photocopied, automated, bulk, duplicate, or untimely entries are void. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person and Hold My Bag account per Promotion, regardless of method of entry. Entries submitted through multiple participation methods will not provide additional Promotion entries or otherwise increase an entrant's opportunity to win a promotional prize.

4. PRODUCT PURCHASES AND PROMOTIONAL PRIZES ARE SEPARATE

Event Passes, Caddie Passes, and other Sponsor products provide access to the specific digital, community, informational, entertainment, or interactive features described in connection with the applicable product. Promotional prizes are offered separately by Sponsor as part of a Promotion and are not purchased by the customer.

The price of a Sponsor product does not constitute a wager, stake, prize contribution, or payment for a chance to win. Sponsor does not represent that any portion of a product purchase is contributed to, allocated to, or used to calculate a prize pool. Prize availability, quantity, or value will not increase based on the number of Passes purchased unless expressly permitted by law and disclosed in the applicable Promotion Details.

Purchasing multiple Sponsor products does not create additional Promotion entries or otherwise increase a person's opportunity to win a promotional prize.

5. PROMOTION SUBMISSIONS

Entrants are solely responsible for timely and accurately submitting all required picks, predictions, player selections, scores, tie-breakers, or other information required by the applicable Promotion. Once a submission deadline has passed, entries may not be changed except at Sponsor's sole discretion to correct a documented technical or administrative error that affected entrants generally.

Automated entries, scripts, bots, macros, artificial entry generation, duplicate accounts, account sharing, identity manipulation, or attempts to circumvent entry limitations are prohibited. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant or submission Sponsor reasonably determines violates these Official Rules or compromises the integrity or administration of a Promotion.

6. SCORING AND WINNER DETERMINATION

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Promotion Details, winners will be determined based on the objective scoring methodology, ranking system, or performance criteria identified for the applicable Promotion. Sponsor may use publicly available tournament, event, player, or performance data to calculate Promotion results.

Sponsor's calculations and application of the disclosed scoring methodology shall be final and binding, subject to correction of manifest clerical, data-processing, or scoring errors. If underlying event data is corrected, amended, or restated by the applicable data source, Sponsor may recalculate Promotion results before prizes are awarded.

Any tie shall be resolved according to the tie-breaking procedure stated in the applicable Promotion Details. If no tie-breaking procedure is stated, Sponsor may apply, in order, the applicable Hold My Bag event tie-breakers displayed or disclosed for that Promotion and, if a tie remains after all disclosed tie-breakers are exhausted, conduct a random drawing among the remaining tied eligible entrants solely to determine the applicable prize recipient.

7. PRIZES

The prizes available for each Promotion, together with their approximate retail values where applicable, will be identified in the applicable Promotion Details. Prizes may include merchandise, gift cards, promotional products, memorabilia, experiences, or other Sponsor-designated items.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with the acceptance or use of a prize that are not expressly stated as being provided by Sponsor are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. WINNER VERIFICATION AND NOTIFICATION

Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor may contact a potential winner using the email address, account information, or other contact information associated with the entrant's Hold My Bag account or Promotion submission.

A potential winner may be required to respond within the period specified by Sponsor and may be required to execute and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, tax documentation, or other documentation reasonably required for prize fulfillment.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely respond, is determined to be ineligible, fails to provide requested verification, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and the applicable prize may be awarded to the next eligible entrant according to the applicable Promotion's winner-determination methodology.

9. EVENT CHANGES, CANCELLATION, AND TECHNICAL ISSUES

Sponsor is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, suspensions, player withdrawals, disqualifications, schedule changes, scoring corrections, data-provider errors, internet failures, platform outages, device failures, incomplete transmissions, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

If an underlying event is canceled, materially shortened, suspended, or modified, or if Sponsor determines that a Promotion cannot be administered as intended, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion and may determine winners using eligible submissions and available event data as of a date reasonably selected by Sponsor, provided any such action is taken in a manner Sponsor reasonably determines to be fair and consistent with applicable law.

10. CONDUCT AND DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has tampered with the entry process; manipulated or attempted to manipulate Promotion results; used multiple identities or accounts; submitted false information; engaged in fraud, collusion, harassment, or abusive conduct; interfered with another entrant's participation; violated these Official Rules; or acted in a manner that threatens the integrity, security, or administration of a Promotion.

Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, agents, prize suppliers, promotional partners, and representatives from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in a Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or loss of a prize, except to the extent such release is prohibited by applicable law.

Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, regarding any prize except any manufacturer's warranty that may independently apply.

12. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, username, city and state of residence, Promotion results, and prize information for Promotion administration, winner announcements, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with a Promotion will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and may be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants, fulfill prizes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to interpret and apply these Official Rules and the applicable Promotion Details in good faith. Sponsor may amend these Official Rules to address legal, regulatory, technical, administrative, or operational requirements; provided, however, that Sponsor will not materially alter the winner-determination criteria or disadvantage previously submitted eligible entries after the applicable Promotion has begun except where reasonably necessary to comply with law or address circumstances affecting the integrity of the Promotion.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. GOVERNING LAW

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules and each Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to a Promotion shall be subject to the applicable dispute-resolution provisions contained in Sponsor's Terms of Service, to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

16. SPONSOR

Sponsor: Hold My Bag Club LLC, Austin, Texas, United States.

Sponsor is solely responsible for the administration of Promotions and the award of prizes unless the applicable Promotion Details expressly identify an additional sponsor. References to professional athletes, tournaments, tours, venues, brands, or prize suppliers do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, administration, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

17. PROMOTION DETAILS

The applicable Promotion page or promotion-specific addendum will identify, as applicable: the Promotion name; Promotion Period; eligibility restrictions differing from these Official Rules; submission deadline; required picks, predictions, or selections; scoring methodology; tie-breaking procedure; available prizes and approximate retail values; and any other Promotion-specific terms.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING OR PROVIDE AN ADVANTAGE IN THE AWARD OF A PROMOTIONAL PRIZE.
