RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Hold My Bag, we provide immediate access to proprietary digital content, data visualizations, and interactive fan engagement features. Because our services are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we maintain the following policy regarding refunds:
1. DIGITAL SERVICES (EVENT PASSES)
All purchases of Event Passes and Memberships are considered "used" and fully rendered upon the provision of access to the Platform.

Final Sale: All Event Pass purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind," dissatisfaction with event outcomes, or lack of use.

No Transfers: Event Passes are tied to the specific account used at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred or credited toward future events.
2. EXCEPTIONS & REFUND CRITERIA
We understand that technical issues can occur. We will consider refund requests solely under the following circumstances:

Technical Error: If a verified technical failure on our Platform prevented you from accessing the membership features for the duration of an event, and our support team was notified during the event.

Event Cancellation: If the real-world event associated with an Event Pass is cancelled by the governing body and not rescheduled. (Please note: Postponements or delays do not qualify for a refund).

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same Event Pass twice for the same account, we will refund the duplicate transaction if reported within 24 hours.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
If you believe you meet the criteria for a refund, you must contact us at support@holdmybagdg.com within 48 hours of the transaction or event conclusion. Please include:

4. CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing an Event Pass, you acknowledge that the service is delivered instantly. We encourage users to contact support to resolve any issues. Hold My Bag Club LLC reserves the right to dispute any "friendly fraud" chargebacks and may provide these Terms and your account usage logs to your banking institution as evidence that the service was rendered.
